No — we do not offer COD. All orders are on advance payment via UPI, card, bank transfer or PayPal. This lets us start hand work on your piece straight away.
Do you deliver outside India?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International parcels usually take 7–18 working days depending on the destination. Message us with your country and we'll quote the exact shipping cost before you pay.
Can you alter or stitch to my measurements?
Yes — that is most of what we do. Send your bust, waist and hip measurements on WhatsApp and we'll advise on fit, fabric and whether a custom size is worth the lead time.
How long does a bespoke piece take?
Alterations on an existing piece take 5–10 days. A fully bespoke outfit from scratch takes 3–6 weeks depending on the embroidery involved.
